The SALINITY fly rod is constructed using advanced SALINITY G+ graphene carbon fiber technology, which ensures exceptional strength, lightweight properties, and sensitivity. This makes it highly responsive and capable of handling various fishing situations with ease. The blank action is tailor-made for needs in coastal seatrout fishing and handles the SEARUN Advance shooting heads to perfection.
The SALINITY rod features a custom lightweight saltwater reel seat, designed specifically to withstand the rigors of saltwater fly fishing while providing a secure grip on the reel. It comes with two easy grip barrel threads and a guided locking nut for easy reel attachment.
The RECOIL® CERECOIL™ ceramic-lined titanium-framed guides reduce friction and wear on the line, allowing for smooth and efficient casting and retrieval. Additionally, the RECOIL® pearl black titanium-coated snake eyes further enhance durability and performance in harsh saltwater environments.
The handle is a full wells made from Flor Grade CG1 premium-grade cork, offering a comfortable and ergonomic grip for extended life time. All models comes with a EVA foam/cork fight-butt for great fight support and protection of the fly rod.
The SALINITY rod series incorporates catch-and-release / quick measuring markers within the rod design. Positioned 40 and 60 cm from the fight butt, the rod showcases fluorescent chartreuse markings for swift and precise fish measurement and release.

After testing both rods under different weather types they are different type off rod with the 6 er have a little more stif tip which allows you to bend the bottom section and then you have a lot power funny I practice and to catch fisch to
The #4 weight
Have different action with a more soft tip ,and it works more from top to 3/4 off the rod
But still this rod have plenty of power with just a head on 11 gr and 9m it will do cast about the 30 m for me those rods are very good rods for coastal and they have a lot power without to be very stiff rods
Virkelig en fantastisk stang. Let og lækker. Af en 5,er stang kan den virkelig noget. Forbavsende god i vind. Vigtigst af alt er følelsen i kastet som er virkelig behagelig og den stang bliver helt sikkert min fortrukne stang i fremtiden i den klasse. Stor anbefaling herfra👌
Like Ferrariare are made for the racing track the Salinity are made for the coast. lightweight, powerful and with a really nice feeling. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a new best friend at the coast :)
I'd been thinking a while about getting a 5wt for the coastal fishing. Today, I can only say it was the best decision! The rod felt great from day one in combination with the Advance SH, perfectly balanced setup.
Having heard a lot about the rods geared towards danish coastal fly fishing, I couldn’t resist buying the 4wt paired with the ULT shooting head. Man does that shoot out there. I tried pushing the rod with too much line out, but I can’t make it crumble like other rods do. That is a huge plus for me. The low swing weight resolves in hours of fishing with no shoulder ache at all. I highly recommend buying a rod from Searun Fly Fish and supporting further R&D in danish rod making. Tight Lines

Jeg købte Troels stang her i slut efteråret i en # 4, da jeg købte stange. Havde jeg ikke det helt store forventninger. Andet end at jeg synes designet var mega fedt, og jeg havde læst/hørt gode ting om den. Men jeg må indrømme jeg er blæst helt bagover, den har sendt min Helios stang på pension, og selvom det en klasse 4 stang top præstere den selv på dage med hård vind, den kaster bare som en drøm og er urolig nem at fiske med, selv små undermåler er sjove at fange på stangen da stang spidsen er utrolig blød men samtidig har den super rygrad i bunden som bare gør du ikke går ned på længen af dine kast . Jeg vil gerne ligge hovedet på blokken og sige at hvis du overvejer en ny stang, så kunne det her godt være den du skal købe.
